Spencer finds an old game called Pak-Rat (parody of Pac-Man) in a junkyard, and after setting it up, he plays it non-stop. Carly tries to make him stop long enough to make a Labradoodle sculpture, which someone is paying him to do. Meanwhile, Freddie deletes a chain e-mail from Gibby, and is tricked by Sam to believe that he has bad luck because of this.

After arriving to Japan, two teen aged Japanese comedians named Kyoko and Yuki kidnap Carly, Sam, and Freddie, and dropped them in an unknown location and have Spencer and Ms. Benson tied up in seaweed. Now Spencer and Ms. Benson must save Carly, Sam, and Freddie in time for the iWeb Awards.

Freddie's smitten with an obnoxious girl at school. Spencer is engaged to Mrs. Benson, and Nevel Papperman is Carly's boyfriend! Only if Carly earns her lesson, will her Christmas and her life be happy once again.
